[40 GNAI - Fashion] Modowe, kaktusowe

Usually I have many fashion photos in my inspirations folder. But now that I had to come up with something for the 40 GNAI Challenge, I couldn't find anything that I liked enough to paint it. So I began an fashion journey through the internet and I saw a cute shirt with a fun cactus pattern - that was it!

Ale teraz, kiedy musiałam coś wymyślić w ramach Wyzwania The 40 GNAI, nie mogłam znaleźć nic, co podobało mi się na tyle, żeby to namalować. Więc udałam się w modową podróż po otchłaniach internetu i zobaczyłam tę uroczą koszulę w zabawny kaktusowy wzorek - to było to!

On occasion of New Year Born Pretty Store was sending gifs to the people writing reviews of their products. In mine, among other things like for example the ring palette, there were two stamping plates - Qgirl-057 and BP-83. I haven't used them yet and I thought that my 40 Great Nail Art Ideas Challenge pattern code for this week - stamping - would be a good reason to try them.

Z okazji Nowego Roku Born Pretty Store rozsyłało paczki z prezentami do osób, które recenzują ich produkty. W mojej paczce, oprócz między innymi paletki w pierścionku, znajdowały się dwie płytki do stempli - Qgirl-057 i BP-83. Jeszcze ich nie używałam i pomyślałam, że to, że w tym tygodniu w Wyzwaniu The 40 Great Nail Art Ideas moim kodem jest właśnie stemplowanie, jest dobrym powodem żeby wypróbować nowe płytki.

Exams at university and being ill definitely do not help being on time with blog posts. So, almost a week (!) late, but here it is: week 18 of The 40 Great Nail Art Ideas Challenge - Aqua or Turquoise + Squares. I didn't plan it, but I love that they turned out so retro!

W tym tygodniu tematem wyzwania The 40 Great Nail Art Ideas są filmy. Mogłoby się wydawać, że to jeden z najlepszych tematów, jakie mogą być, jest przecież tyle wspaniałych filmów, którymi można się zainspirować!... Ale jak to często bywa w takich przypadkach, nagle nie mogłam sobie przypomnieć żadnego filmu, który oglądałam, a już na pewno nie takiego, który mógłby wylądować na moich paznokciach. W końcu jednak mnie olśniło, przypomniałam sobie jak bardzo byłam zachwycona estetyką filmów Wesa Andersona i postanowiłam zrobić zdobienie inspirowane Kochankami z Księżyca.

Na początek parę zdjęć z filmu, w razie gdybyście jeszcze go nie widziały (ale musicie go obejrzeć, jest świetny!)

This week's theme of The 40 Great Nail Art Ideas Challenge is Films. You could think that it's one of the best possible themes there could be, after all there are so many great films you can get inspired by!... But, as it often happens in such cases, suddenly I couldn't remember any film I ever watched, and definitely not a one that could end up on my nails. Eventually I got an idea though, I remembered how much I loved the aesthetic of Wes Anderson's films, and I decided to do a nail art inspired by Moonrise Kingdom.
